中西结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的观察比较西药与中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果,评价中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变价值。方法2015年1月—2018年6月收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者88例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各44例;两组患者均进行控制饮食,并结合科学适量的运动,同时给予患者降糖药物等基础治疗,对照组44例糖尿病周围神经病变患者实施采用肌注B12,口服弥可保,肌注1次/d。观察组在对照组基础加中药治疗,持续服用4周为一疗程。结果治疗一疗程后观察组MCV(47.96±4.23)m/s、SCV(50.33±4.50)m/s、治疗总有效95.45%均高对照组的(42.15±3.98)m/s、(45.12±4.23)m/s、77.78%(P<0.05)。结论西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变能够显著提高患者MCV、SCV及治疗总有效率,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe and compare the effect of western medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and to evaluate the value of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods A total of 88 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted from January 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 44 cases in each group. Both groups were given controlled diet, scientific and appropriate exercise, and basic treatment such as hypoglycemic drugs. The 44 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the control group were given intramuscular injection of B12, oral mecobalt, and intramuscular injection once a day. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group, 4 weeks as a course of treatment. Results After one course of treatment, MCV (47.96±4.23)m/s. SCV (50.33±4.50)m/s, the total effective rate of treatment 95.45% of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(42.15±3.98)m/s,(45.12±4.23)m/s and 77.78%(P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated Western medicinecan significantly improve the patients'MCV, SCV and the total effective rate of treatment in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy, which is worthy of clinical application.
