牙周治疗对糖尿病牙周病患者血糖和血脂的影响探析

Effect of Periodontal Therapy on Blood Sugar and Lipid in Patients with Diabetic Periodontitis

目的探究牙周治疗对糖尿病牙周患者血糖及血脂的影响。方法将2017年3月—2018年3月该院牙科收治的114例糖尿病牙周病患者纳入研究对象范畴,结合患者个人治疗意愿将所有患者划分为各组57例的对照组及观察组;对照组患者实行自我管理,观察组患者实行牙周基础治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的血糖指标及血脂指标。结果对比治疗结果发现,对照组治疗前后HbA1c及空腹血糖各项指标与观察组相比二者差异较为明显,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比治疗结果发现,对照组治疗前后胆固醇及甘油三酯各项指标与观察组相比二者差异较为明显,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病牙周病患者实行牙周治疗的效果明显,值得在临床治疗领域中使用及推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of periodontal therapy on blood sugar and lipid in diabetic periodontal patients. Methods From March 2017 to March 2018, 114 patients with diabetic periodontitis admitted to our dental department were included in the study. All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to their individual treatment intention 57 case in each group. The patients in control group were implemented self-management and the patients in observation group were treated with basic periodontal therapy. The blood sugar and lipid indexes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The indexes of HbAlc and fasting blood sugar in the control group were significantly different from those in the observation group before and after treatment, and the differencewas statistically significant (P<0.05). The indexes of cholesterol and triglyceride in the control group were significantly different from those in the observation group before and after treatment, and the differencewas statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of periodontal treatment for diabetic patients with periodontal disease is significant.It is worth application and promotion in the field of clinical treatment.
