厄贝沙坦与硝苯地平联合治疗社区糖尿病并高血压的效果研究

Effect of Irbesartan Combined with Nifedipine on Patients with Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension in Community

目的探讨厄贝沙坦与硝苯地平联合治疗社区糖尿病并高血压的效果。方法研究对象来自于该社区医院2017年6月—2018年6月治疗的糖尿病并高血压患者,共计94例。94例研究对象以随机数表法进行分组,其中对照组47例行常规降糖与及厄贝沙坦治疗;研究组47例在对照组的基础上应用硝苯地平治疗。治疗前与治疗2个疗程后,分别检测两组患者血糖与血压指标的变化,同时统计治疗期间的不良反应情况。结果在治疗2个疗程后的血糖与血压指标对比中,研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应比较中,两组的发生率均为4.26%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论社区糖尿病并高血压患者采用厄贝沙坦与硝苯地平联合治疗,能够有效改善血压与血糖指标,且药物安全性较佳,适于推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of combination of irbesartan and nifedipine in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and hypertension in community. Methods A total of 94 patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension treated in our community hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups. The 47 cases in the control group were treated with routine hypoglycemia and irbesartan, and 47 cases in the study group were treated with nifedipine on the basis of the control group. Before treatment and after 2 courses of treatment, the changes of blood sugar and blood pressure were detected in the two groups, and the adverse reactions during the treatment were counted. Results In the comparison of blood sugar and blood pressure after two courses of treatment, the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.26% in both groups, and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of irbesartan and nifedipine can effectively improve blood pressure and blood sugar in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension in community, which is safe and worth of promotion.
