危险化学品耦合事故累积放大效应危害模型研究

摘要 为了科学评判多灾耦合事故的危险程度,在分析多灾耦合效应类型的基础上,探讨了耦合事故累积放大效应的作用机理;通过单一事故初始危险性指数以及耦合事故危险性综合指数的确定方法,构建了耦合事故累积扩大效应危害模型;并将该模型应用到江苏亚邦苯泄漏事故案例中,计算结果与实际相符,表明该方法评估耦合事故危害性的合理性,研究成果为消防部队危化品事故处置提供参考。 In order to scientifically judge harm extent for multi-hazard coupling accidents, mechanism of the multihazard coupling effect is discussed based on analyzing multi-hazard coupling types in this paper. Hazard area model of accumulation and amplification effect is determined through the disaster initial risky index as well as the risk composite index of harm extent for the multi-disaster coupling accidents. The model is applied to the case of benzene leakage accident of Yabang in Jiangsu province and it is indicated the result is in accordance with the fact. So this method is reasonable to evaluate harm extent for the multi-disaster coupling accidents and the results can provide references to deal with f hazardous chemical accidents for firefighters.
