废金属破碎机内可燃气体爆炸的数值模拟

摘要 利用计算流体动力学软件Fluent,对废金属破碎机内可燃气体的爆炸过程进行了数值模拟,研究了不同初始温度和压力条件下甲烷气体爆炸的温度、压力发展情况。结果表明:随着爆炸过程中初始温度的增加,爆炸温度略有上升,但增幅小于初始温度增幅,爆炸压力则出现明显下降;随着初始压力增加,爆炸温度变化不大,爆炸压力和压力上升速率则出现明显上升,且爆炸压力和初始压力近似成线性关系。 The explosion process of combustible gas in waste metal crusher is numerically simulated by computational fluid dynamics software Fluent and distribution of characteristic parameters such as temperature and pressure influenced by initial temperature and pressure is studied. The results show that, with the increase of initial temperature, the explosion temperature increases slightly, but the increase is smaller than the initial temperature increase, and the explosion pressure decreases significantly;with the increase of initial pressure, the explosion temperature changes little, but the explosion pressure and pressure rise rate rise obviously and also the explosion pressure is approximately linear to the initial pressure.
