摘要
针对东曲矿含软弱夹矸大采高工作面过构造破碎带煤壁易片帮的问题,结合28808工作面具体条件,分析了工作面煤壁片帮的原因,提出采用高强度支架,保证支架初撑力,及时追机拉架护帮板,在构造破碎带采用工作面超前注浆加固和工作面注浆加固,增加煤岩体承载能力,使煤壁和支架共同作用承载顶板压力,达到控制煤壁片帮的目的。
Aiming at the problem of col wall spalling occurred in large mining height face with weak dirt band crossing structural fractured zone in Dongqu Colliery, combined with the body condition of 28808 working face, this paper analyses the reasons of coal wall spalling in working face and puts forward high strength bracket to ensure the initial support force of bracket, timely trace the pulling bracket and protect plate of machine, which can control coal wall spalling.
