摘要
为了解决东曲矿含泥岩夹矸煤层大采高工作面端头和超前支护区巷道围岩变形量大的问题,探讨了东曲矿28808工作面两端头和超前支护区巷道围岩结构特点、围岩应力环境和围岩变形原因,提出了端头切顶、保证工作面和超前区顶板支护强度,配合破碎区注浆加固的工作面端头和超前区的综合控制技术,并进行了现场工业试验。研究结果表明:工作面端头在叠加应力作用下,围岩整体破碎范围增大,巷帮的破坏失稳是引起巷道围岩变形增大的原因。对两顺槽超前加固并对工作面侧巷帮进行二次加固,配合调整工作面拉架工艺后,两顺槽超前支护区巷道围岩变形量明显减小,保障了工作面安全高效回采。
In order to solve the problem of large deformation of roadway surrounding rock in 28808 working face, Dongqu Colliery, the paper discussed the characteristics of the surrounding rock structure, the surrounding rock stress environment and the surrounding rock deformation causes of the 28808 working face of Dongqu Mine, and proposes the end-cutting and the comprehensive control technology to ensure the supporting strength of the working face and the roof of the leading area, which guarantees the safe and efficient mining of the working face.
