摘要
针对成庄煤矿3311工作面过空巷时顶板破碎严重、易于出现顶板大面积下沉,给工作面安全生产带来威胁的技术难题,采用锚杆、锚索补强支护法、木垛支护法与全部充填法联合支护技术,对空巷顶板进行加固充填。实践表明,有效地降低了围岩的塑性变形,解决了顶板管理难题,提高了矿区经济效益,实现了综采工作面的快速推进。
Aiming at the broken roof and roof subsidence in passing abandoned roadway at 3311 working face in Chengzhuang Colliery, the paper presents the combined support technology with bolt-and- cable reinforcement, wood pile support and whole filling to reinforce and fill the roof of abandoned roadway, which can effectively reduce the plastic deformation of surrounding rock, solve the problem of roof management, improve the economic benefit of mining area and realize the rapid advance at fully mechanized mining face.
