大倾角下山岩巷掘进工艺优化实践 被引量:2

摘要 针对岳城煤矿排矸斜巷下山掘进顶板支护难度大,爆破质量不高,生产组织不当等问题,提出了采用多钻机同时作业、结合基于现场统计分析的爆破质量改进和二倍标准差法的劳动组织优化方案。巷道的月进尺由37m增加到64m,杜绝了欠挖现象,巷道爆破成型达标率达到94.17%。 Aiming at the problems such as roof supporting difficulty, low blasting quality and improper production organization, etc. in dip head-driving of inclined tunnel, Yuecheng Colliery, the paper proposed a labor organization optimization scheme combined with simultaneous blasting quality improvement and double standard deviation method based on on-site big data statistical analysis, which greatly improved the tunneling speed and effectively solved the problem of tight connection between mine production.
