摘要
利用HART协议和VS技术,实现了一个仪表冬季智能化监控系统平台。给出了仪表伴热温度采集结构、关键仪表系统运行状态通信架构,采用智能化监测替代人工巡检,实现了装置伴热线实时温度报警指示,降低了能耗,避免了装置联锁停车事件。
Making use of HART protocol and VS technology to realize intelligent monitoring of instruments in winter was implemented;the data collection for instrument’s heat tracing temperature and the communication architecture of key instrument’s key operating state were presented. Adopting intelligent monitoring instead of manual inspection can realize the temperature alarm and indication, reduce the energy consumption and avoid the interlock shut-down of the device.
