神经梅毒患者外周血淋巴细胞和NK细胞亚群的变化分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析神经梅毒患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞亚群的变化,探讨神经梅毒与细胞免疫之间的关系,为临床治疗提供新方法。方法:选取2017—2018年我院收治的32例不同类型的神经梅毒患者作为神经梅毒组,收集同期来我院门诊进行健康体检的35例健康者设为健康对照组,观察并比较两组研究对象的CD45 +、CD3 +、CD4 +、CD8 +、CD19 +、CD16 +/CD56 +细胞计数及CD4 +/CD8 +的比值的变化。结果:两组之间CD45 +、CD3 +、CD4 +、CD19 +、CD16 +/CD56 +细胞计数相比均差异无统计学意义( P >0.05);CD8 +细胞计数低于健康对照组,CD4 +/CD8 +比值高于健康对照组,两组相比差异均有统计学意义( P <0.05);两组相比CD3 +%、CD8 +%、CD16 +/CD56 +%均低于健康对照组,CD19 +%高于健康对照组,结果均差异无统计学意义( P >0.05);CD4 +%神经梅毒组显著高于健康对照组,相比差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。结论:神经梅毒患者血清中淋巴细胞亚群失衡,细胞免疫功能降低,免疫功能抑制,机体清除梅毒螺旋体功能受损;NK细胞相对减少,其在神经梅毒患者中清除梅毒作用有限,其机制有待进一步研究。 Objective: We analyze the subsets of lymphocyte cell and NK cell in peripheral blood in patients with neurosyphilis,To investigate the relationship between neurosyphilis and cellular immunity, and to provide a new therapeutic methods for neurosyphilis patients. Methods: From 2017 to 2018, 32 patients with different types of neurosyphilis admitted to our Hospital were selected as neurosyphilis group.At the same time,35 healthy people who came to the outpatient department of our hospital for health examination were set up as healthy control group.To observe and compare the changes of CD45+,CD3 +,CD4+,CD8+,CD19+,CD16+/CD56+,CD4+/CD8+ of the two groups of subjects. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in CD45+,CD3+,CD4+,CD19+,CD16+/CD56+ counts between the two groups ( P >0.05),the CD8 +cell count of patients with neurosyphilis was significantly lower than that of the healthy control group,the CD4 +/CD8 +number was significantly higher than in the healthy control group,there were statistically different differences between the two groups ( P <0.05).There were not statistically different in CD3 +%,CD8 +%,CD16 +/CD56 +%,CD19 +% between the two groups ( P >0.05),there was a statistically significant difference in CD4 +% in nervesyphilis group than in the healthy control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Lymphocytes in patients with neurosyphilis are imbalance, cellular immune function levels are reduced and immune function is suppressed,The body does not have the ability to remove syphilis.The relative decrease of NK cells has limited effect on the removal of syphilis in patients with neurosyphilis,and its mechanism needs further study.
