摘要 梯级水库群联合调度是黄河流域应对干旱的有效手段。统筹防洪、防凌、生态、供水(灌溉)、发电等综合要求,建立黄河大型水库群联合调度模型;结合黄河流域旱情需水特点,考虑断面流量控制、省区用水控制等约束,开展长系列调度模拟,提出汛期和用水高峰期黄河上下游不同水库的调度规律,为决策部门有序应对流域干旱提供技术支撑。 The joint operation of cascade reservoirs is an effective means to cope with drought in Yellow River Basin. By integrating flood control, flood prevention, ecological water demand, water supply (irrigation), power generation and other comprehensive demands, a joint scheduling model for large reservoirs in Yellow River is established. Combined with the characteristics of drought resistance in the basin and considering the control of cross section flow and water use in each province, a long series of scheduling simulation is carried out. The scheduling laws of each reservoir in the upper and lower reaches of Yellow River in flood season and water use peak period are put forward respectively, which can provide technical support for the decision-making of drought resistance in the basin.
