后掺骨料混凝土与钢筋粘结性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过42个试件的拉拔试验来探讨变形钢筋与后掺骨料混凝土的粘结性能影响,分析了后掺率、保护层厚度、锚固长度、钢筋直径和配箍率等因素对后掺骨料混凝土粘结强度的影响,根据试验结果统计回归得到粘结锚固的极限强度公式。研究表明,后掺骨料混凝土的粘结破坏形态与普通混凝土相似,与普通混凝土相比,后掺骨料混凝土的粘结强度有所提升,并在后掺率为20%时,混凝土的粘结强度最大。 The bonding properties between deformed steel bars and scattering-filling coarse aggregate concrete are investigated by the pull testes of 42 specimens. The influences of the factors such as replacement rate, protective layer thickness, anchoring length, steel bar diameter and hooping ratio on the bonding strength of scattering-filling coarse aggregated concrete are analyzed, and the ultimate strength formula of bonding anchorage is obtained by the statistical regression of test results. The research shows that the bonding failure mode of scattering-filling coarse aggregate concrete is similar to that of ordinary concrete, the bonding strength is improved compared with ordinary concrete, and the bonding strength is the largest when the replacement rate is 20%.
