智慧警务建设刍论——以南京公安机关的探索实践为例

智慧警务建设是通过新一代信息技术的综合运用,不断提升公安机关的预测预警能力、精确打击能力和动态管理能力,从而实现警务工作智能化的过程。推进智慧警务建设,需要强化整体谋划、资源整合和应用创新。南京公安机关在智慧警务建设中通过积极探索,初步形成了以大数据中心建设为龙头,以研判分析平台、警务综合平台和办公平台为支撑的"一中心三平台"的总体应用框架,为智慧警务的深入发展提供了有益的经验。

The construction of intelligent policing is to improve the predictive and early warning ability, precise strike ability and dynamic management ability of public security bureau through the comprehensive application of new generation of information technology, so as to realize the intelligence of police work. In order to build intelligent policing, we need to strengthen overall planning, resource integration, and application innovation. In the top-level design, Nanjing Public Security Bureau takes big data center construction as the leading role, builds analysis and judgment platform, police comprehensive platform and office platform, and explores and forms the overall application framework of “intelligent policing” with “one center and three platforms”.
