我国心理护理研究文献的计量学分析

Metrological Analysis of Psychological Nursing Research Literature in China

目的:对我国心理护理研究文献进行量化分析,以期为未来研究方向提供参考。方法:检索中国知网数据库有关心理护理的文献,综合运用CiteSpace5.4和SATI3.2软件对检索结果进行分析。结果:共获得1982-2019年发表的47755篇心理护理相关文献;发文量从2014年至今呈现稳定态势;研究机构以河南省的居多,且机构间缺乏跨省合作,合著团队较少且分散;文献来源以非护理杂志居多;高被引论文与发文时间、发文杂志的影响因子、论文创新性有关;抑郁、心理护理干预、护理、护理质量、负面情绪、gdm为研究热点;手术、恶性肿瘤和治疗效果为突变词。结论:我国心理护理领域研究仍有较大发展空间,有待进一步深化研究。

Objective: To quantitatively analyze the research literature on psychological nursing in China, so as to provide references for future research directions. Methods: Psychological nursing literature from CNKI database was retrieved and analyzed with Cite Space5.4 and SATI 3.2 software. Results: From 1982 to 2019, a total of 47,755 articles related to psychological nursing were included. The number of publication has been stable since 2014. Most of the research institutions are in Henan province, and inter-provincial cooperation among them is in short supply. The coauthor team was small and scattered;Literature sources were mostly from non-nursing journals. Highly cited papers are related to publication time, impact factors of journal and innovation of papers. Depression, psychological nursing intervention, nursing, nursing quality, negative emotion and GDM were the research hotspots. Surgery, malignancy and therapeutic effect are mutant terms. Conclusion: There is still much room for further research in the field of psychological nursing in China.
