中温热处理桃花心木的物理力学性能

摘要 为提高实木家具用桃花心木的性能,对进口桃花心木进行了140℃、10h的中温热处理,考察了热处理对桃花心木物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:与未处理材相比,热处理材的干缩率、吸湿湿胀率和平衡含水率均下降,尺寸稳定性提高;同时,热处理材的密度、各项力学指标均有所下降,其中抗压类强度下降幅度较大,可能是热处理时间较长所致,建议后续生产时适当减少热处理保持时间。 In order to improve the properties of Swietenia macroplzylla wood for solid wood furniture,the imported Swietenia macroplzylla wood was treated at 140 ℃ for 10 h,the physical and mechanical properties of wood were investigated.The results showed that compared with untreated wood,the shrinkage,moisture absorption swelling and equilibrium moisture content of heat treated wood decreased with the dimensional stability increase.Meanwhile,the density and mechanical properties of heat-treated wood decreased,especially the compressive strength,which might be caused by long-time heat treatment.Therefore,it is recommended that in subsequent production,the holding time of heat treatment should be shortened appropriately.
