摘要
用喷涂技术修复发动机曲轴能有效降低成本,提高效率。根据表面工程的基本理论方法,利用Al2O3、TiO2、NiCr-Cr3C2粉末制备了四种氧化铝陶瓷涂层,通过测试涂层的硬度,抗热震性并结合X射线衍射技术分析涂层的性能。结果表明,Al2O3粉末比例的增加可以提高涂层表面的硬度,但Al2O3相的结晶度在冷却过程中有降低趋势;加入NiCr-Cr3C2可以显著降低涂层内部微观应变值,并在一定程度上提高涂层的硬度和耐腐蚀性能。Al2O3、TiO2和NiCr-Cr3C2粉末按一定比例制备线材,喷涂后可以得到硬度高、耐腐蚀、抗热震性能良好的涂层,还可以进一步将其应用到发动机曲轴的修复中。
Repairing engine crankshaft using spraying technology can effectively reduce costs and improve efficiency.Based on the basic theoretical method of surface engineering,several kinds of alumina ceramic coatings were prepared using Al 2O 3,TiO 2 and NiCr-Cr 3C 2 powder.The properties of the coatings were analyzed by testing the hardness and thermal shock resistance,coupled with the analysis of coating performance using X-ray diffraction technology.The results show that the hardness of the coating surface could be improved with the increase in the proportion of Al 2O 3 powder,but the crystallinity of Al 2O 3 phase tended to decrease during cooling.The addition of NiCr-Cr 3C 2 could significantly reduce the internal micro-strain of the coating,and improve the hardness and corrosion resistance of the coating to a certain extent.Al 2O 3,TiO 2 and NiCr-Cr 3C 2 powder was prepared according to a certain proportion.After spraying,coatings with high hardness,corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance could be obtained,which can be further applied to the repair of engine crankshafts.
