针刺配合穴位贴敷对Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者免疫功能的影响

Effect of Acupuncture plus Acupoint Application on the Immune Function of Patients with Stage Ⅲ Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的观察针刺配合穴位贴敷治疗对Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)气阴两虚证患者免疫功能的影响.方法收集符合纳入标准的患者共160例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组80例.所有患者均口服乌苯美司胶囊(百士欣,临床常用增强免疫药物),观察组在此基础上加针刺配合穴位贴敷治疗.两组患者均于治疗前、治疗后抽取静脉血,测定CD3﹢、CD4﹢、CD8﹢、CD19﹢百分含量,CD4﹢/CD8﹢比值、NK百分含量及评价中医症候积分.结果两组治疗前、治疗前后及治疗后CD4﹢、CD8﹢、CD19﹢百分含量及CD4﹢/CD8﹢比值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗前后CD3﹢、NK百分含量及中医症候积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后CD3﹢、NK百分含量及中医症候积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结果表明观察组在升高CD3﹢、NK百分含量及改善中医症候积分方面优于对照组.结论针刺配合穴位贴敷应用于Ⅲ期NSCLC气阴两虚证的患者,可调节患者免疫功能,降低中医症候积分,改善患者临床症状.

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture plus acupoint application on the immune function of patients with stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) differentiated as dual deficiency of qi and yin. Method A total of 160 eligible patients were randomized into an observation group and a control group, with 80 cases in each group. The subjects all orally took ubenimex capsules (Baishixin, commonly used to strengthen the immune system in clinical practice), while the observation group was additionally given acupuncture plus acupoint application. Venous blood was drawn before and after treatment from the two groups of patients to detect the contents of CD3﹢, CD4﹢, CD8﹢ and CD19﹢, CD4﹢/CD8﹢, and the content of natural killer cell (NK). The symptom and sign score of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) was also evaluated. Result The pre-treatment and post-treatment intra-group and between-group comparisons revealed insignificant differences in the contents of CD4﹢, CD8﹢ and CD19﹢ and CD4﹢/CD8﹢(P>0.05);the contents of CD3﹢ and NK and the TCM symptom and sign score changed significantly after treatment in the two groups (P<0.05);after treatment, there were significant differences in the contents of CD3﹢ and NK and the TCM symptom and sign score between the two groups (P<0.05), suggesting that the observation group was superior to the control group in up-regulating the contents of CD3﹢ and NK and improving the TCM symptom and sign score. Conclusion When applied to patients with stage Ⅲ NSCLC differentiated as dual deficiency of qi and yin, acupuncture plus acupoint application can regulate the immune function, reduce the TCM symptom and sign score, and improve the clinical symptoms.
