鼻三针联合星状神经节阻滞治疗过敏性鼻炎临床观察

Clinical Observations on Nose Three-needle Acupuncture plus Stellate Ganglion Block for Allergic Rhinitis

目的观察鼻三针联合星状神经节阻滞治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效.方法选择185例过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(62例)、阻滞组(62例)和联合组(61例).对照组采用氯雷他定治疗,阻滞组给予星状神经节阻滞治疗,联合组给予鼻三针联合星状神经节阻滞治疗.观察3组患者治疗前后临床症状积分及血清IgE、IL-4、IL-5水平,统计3组临床疗效.结果 3组治疗后喷嚏、鼻塞、流涕、鼻痒评分与治疗前比较均显著降低,且阻滞组均低于对照组,联合组均低于阻滞组和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).3组治疗后血清IgE、IL-4、IL-5水平与治疗前比较均显著降低(P<0.05),且阻滞组均低于对照组,联合组均低于阻滞组和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).阻滞组临床疗效优于对照组,联合组临床疗效优于对照组和阻滞组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论鼻三针联合星状神经节阻滞治疗过敏性鼻炎可缓解临床症状,降低过敏反应,提高临床疗效.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nose three-needle acupuncture plus stellate ganglion block in treating allergic rhinitis. Method One hundred and eighty-five patients with allergic rhinitis were enrolled as subjects and allocated, using a random number table, to control (62 cases), block (62 cases) and combination (61 cases) groups. The control group received oral administration of Loratadine;the block group, stellate ganglion block;the combination group, nose three-needle acupuncture plus stellate ganglion block. The clinical symptoms were scored and serum IgE, IL-4 and IL-5 levels were measured in the three groups before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated in the three groups. Result After treatment, the sneezing, nasal obstruction, runny nose and rhinocnesmus scores decreased significantly in the three groups compared with before and were lower in the block group than in the control group and lower in the combination group than in the block and control groups, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, serum IgE, IL-4 and IL-5 levels decreased significantly in the three groups compared with before (P<0.05) and were lower in the block group than in the control group and lower in the combination group than in the block and control groups, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The clinical therapeutic effect was better in the block group than in the control group and better in the combination group than in the control and block groups, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Nose three-needle acupuncture plus stellate ganglion block can relieve the clinical symptoms, reduce allergic reactions and improve the clinical therapeutic effect in treating allergic rhinitis.
