舌针配合体针治疗灼口综合征临床研究

Clinical Observations on Tongue Acupuncture plus Body Acupuncture for Burning Mouth Syndrome

目的观察舌针配合体针治疗灼口综合征的临床疗效.方法 60例灼口综合征的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例.治疗组采用舌针加体针治疗;对照组口服维生素B2、维生素E、丹栀逍遥片.观察对比两组治疗前后临床症状、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)差异,进行疗效评价.结果治疗组总有效率为50.0%,对照组总有效率为40.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组治疗前后VAS评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后VAS评分下降;治疗组治疗后VAS评分与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论舌针配合体针治疗灼口综合征能有效缓解患者舌痛症状.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tongue acupuncture plus body acupuncture in treating burning mouth syndrome. Method Sixty patients diagnosed with burning mouth syndrome were randomized to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each. The treatment group received tongue acupuncture plus body acupuncture and the control group, oral administration of vitamin B. vitamin E and Danzhi Xiaoyao Tablets. The clinical symptoms and the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The therapeutic effects were evaluated. Result The total efficacy rate was 50.0% in the treatment group and 40.0% in the control group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the VAS score in the treatment group (P<0.05). The VAS score decreased in the treatment group after treatment (P<0.05). There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the VAS score between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Tongue acupuncture plus body acupuncture can effectively relieve glossodynia in treating patients with burning mouth syndrome.
