摘要
为了测量缸套活塞之间的摩擦力响应,采用浮动缸套法设计搭建了缸套活塞摩擦力倒拖测量系统,通过台架试验获取了多种转速工况下缸套活塞组件间的摩擦力和侧向力曲线,并用连续小波变换对实测数据进行了时频分析。结合缸套模态分析对实测信号频域信息进行理论解析,结果表明:缸套摩擦力波动特性与其结构固有模态有关。
In order to measure the friction response between cylinder liner and piston, a cylinder liner-piston dragging system was designed and built for friction measurement using the floating cylinder liner method. The friction and lateral force between cylinder liner and piston at various operating speeds were measured through bench tests, and then a time-frequency analysis using the continuous wavelet transform was performed to the measured data. A theoretical study on the frequency domain information of the measured signals was conducted based on the modal analysis result of the cylinder liner. The results show that the oscillating characteristics of the cylinder liner friction are related to the natural mode of the cylinder liner.
