摘要 目的:定量研究家兔脑出血时脑脊液的变化过程,观察和阐述家兔脑出血时脑脊液的代偿机制。方法:基于MRI手段,运用自动图像处理技术,结合模糊聚类提取影像的灰度信息和马尔科夫随机场提取影像的空间信息的方法实现MRI影像的分割,并进一步实现对家兔脑出血时脑脊液变化过程的定量分析。结果:在家兔脑出血模型MRI观测实验中,脑脊液随着脑出血量增加而不断减少,同时观察到脑脊液代偿期的起始阶段及代偿末期。结论:提出的脑出血家兔脑脊液变化定量分析方法可实现对脑出血时脑脊液减少过程的定量观察,为研究脑出血时颅内病生理变化提供了有力手段。 Objective To observe and expound the compensation mechanism of cerebrospinal fluid by quantitatively exploring the process of cerebrospinal fluid changes during cerebral hemorrhage in rabbits. Methods Based on MRI and using automatic image processing technology, the quantitative analysis of cerebrospinal fluid changes during cerebral hemorrhage in rabbits was realized by using image segmentation method to extract the gray information combined with fuzzy clustering and Markov random field to acquire the image of the magnetic resonance image. Results In the MRI observation experiment of rabbit cerebral hemorrhage model, the cerebrospinal fluid decreased with the increase of cerebral hemorrhage, and the initial stage of cerebrospinal fluid compensation period and the end of compensatory period were observed. Conclusion A method for quantitative analysis of cerebrospinal fluid changes in rabbits with cerebral hemorrhage is proposed. Based on the method, the quantitative observation of cerebrospinal fluid reduction during cerebral hemorrhage is realized. At the same time, the mechanism of cerebrospinal fluid compensation in rabbits is demonstrated by quantitative experiments, which provides a powerful means for studying the physiological changes of intracranial diseases during cerebral hemorrhage.
