摘要
应用文献调研、情景分析、比较分析等方法,从标识研发情况、标识对接情况和标识构建情况3个方面介绍了战伤分类信息标识的相关情况,分析了战伤分类信息的预期功能和典型作战运用,研究了战伤分类信息标识的构建需求。提出了对接信息感知装备体系、对接指挥信息系统、对接后勤大数据系统、研究国内相关国家军用标准、分析国内相关研究成果及国外类似的标准规范等6个方面的对策建议,为提升军队卫勤保障水平提供了系统支撑。
The information identifier for war wound classification had its requirements explored, which was introduced with literature survey, scenario analysis, comparative analysis and etc from the aspects of development, interface and construction. The intended functions and typical application of the information identifier were analyzed. Some suggestions were put forward to provide system support for military medical service including interfacing with information sensing device, connecting with commanding information system, linking with logistics big data system, preparing corresponding national military standards of China and analyzing related achievements in China and similar standards of foreign countries.
