摘要
建立了离子色谱检测皂粒中葡萄糖酸钠含量的分析方法。样品经METROSEPCARB1糖分析色谱柱(150mm×4.0mm,5μm)分离,以150mmol·L-1NaOH+20mmol·L-1NaAc水溶液为流动相进行等度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min-1,采用瑞士万通850型离子色谱仪,选择脉冲安培检测器进行测定,外标法定量。结果显示:葡萄糖酸钠在0.5~200mg·L-1质量浓度范围内呈良好的线性,相关系数(r2)为0.9996,检出限为0.25mg·L-1,定量下限为0.63mg·L-1。葡萄糖酸钠在1~20mg/g加标范围内的回收率为80.7%~104%。该方法无需衍生化处理,操作简单方便,灵敏度高,可用于皂粒产线葡萄糖酸钠含量的监控与测定。
An ion chromatographic method was established for the determination of sodium gluconate in soap noodle.Sample was separated on a METROSEP CARB1 column by isocratic elution using150 mmol·L -1 NaOH+20 mmol·L -1 NaAc water solution as mobile phase at a flow rate of1.0 mL/min,and detected by Metrohm 850 ion chromatography with pulsed amperometric detector,finally quantified by external standard method.A good linear relationship was obtained for sodium gluconate in the range of 0.5-200 mg/L with a correlation coefficient ( r2 )of 0.999 6.The detection limit and the quantitation limit were 0.25 mg·L -1 and 0.63 mg·L -1 ,respectively.The recoveries at spiked levels of1-20 mg/g ranged from 80.7 % to104 %.This method was suitable for the determination of sodium gluconate in soap noodle for its derivization-free procedure,simplicity and sensitivity.
