摘要
人工智能在药学服务中广泛应用于审核用药方案、自动配药发药、提供用药咨询等方面,一定程度上弥补了药学人员短缺,提高了药学服务效率,促进了药师工作模式转型。面对人工智能技术带来的机遇与挑战,药师应努力提升专业技能、提高沟通能力,积极为患者提供人性化服务,同时发挥人工智能协作作用,共同为患者提供更优质的服务,促进我国药学服务发展。
In the pharmaceutical service,artificial intelligence is widely used in the review of drug use programs,automatic drug dispensing,drug consultation,etc.,which makes up for the shortage of pharmacy staff to some extent,improves the efficiency of pharmaceutical services,and promotes the transformation of the pharmacist work model. Faced with the opportunities and challenges brought by artificial intelligence technology,pharmacists should strive to improve professional skills,improve communication skills,actively provide humanized services for patients,and at the same time work with artificial intelligence jointly to provide better services for patients and promote service development of Chinese pharmacy.
