药师多点执业的SWOT分析及对策研究

SWOT Analysis and Countermeasure of Pharmacists’ Multi-point Practice

目的:对我国药师多点执业政策环境及政策自身的优势劣势进行分析并提出对策,为药师多点执业的推广和政策完善提供参考。方法:基于我国执业药师行业和多点执业试点的现状,采用SWOT分析法对药师多点执业政策进行全面的分析。结果:我国执业药师数量偏少且注册率低,多点执业能够整合执业药师资源,满足公众药学服务需要。结论:加快药师立法与配套法规制定,适当扩展执业药师职责,改革药学教育,加强药房信息化建设。

Objective To analyze and propose countermeasures for the pharmacist’s multi-point practice policy environment and its own advantages and disadvantages,and to provide reference for the promotion and policy improvement of pharmacists’ multi-point practice. Methods Based on the status quo of China’s licensed pharmacist industry and multi-point practice pilot,SWOT analysis method was used to comprehensively analyze the pharmacist’s multi-point practice policy. Results The number of licensed pharmacists in China is low and the registration rate is low. Multi-point practice can integrate the resources of licensed pharmacists to meet the needs of public pharmaceutical services.Conclusion We should accelerate the formulation of pharmacist legislation and supporting regulations,appropriately expand the duties of licensed pharmacists,reform pharmaceutical education,and strengthen the construction of pharmacy information.
