Determining Pyrethroid Pesticides with Multi-walled Carbon Nanotube Decorated with Fe3O4 Nanoparticles

摘要 目的Fe3O4纳米粒子修饰多壁碳纳米管是将Fe3O4纳米粒子负载于多壁碳纳米管(AMWNTs)表面。本研究旨在运用该磁性纳米复合材料对投毒案件水样中菊酯类杀虫剂的检测方法进行优化。方法先后对离子强度、pH值、萃取时间以及洗脱溶剂进行考察,在最优条件下,建立了磁性AMWNTs-气相色谱联用测定9种菊酯类农药的分析方法。结果实验结果表明该磁性AMWNTs对水中9种菊酯中氯氰菊酯和二氯苯醚菊酯的线性范围在1~50ng/mL,其余7种拟除虫菊酯浓度与峰面积的线性关系均表现良好,相关系数均高于0.990。该方法的回收率为77.6%~93.9%。结论本研究所建立的Fe3O4纳米粒子修饰多壁碳纳米管对投毒案件水样中菊酯类杀虫剂的检测分析方法高效、经济、环保,适合用于司法实践领域中鱼塘投毒案件的检测。 Objective To prepare the magnetic multi-walled carbon nanotube by loading Fe3O4 nanoparticles onto its surface(Fe3O4/AMWNTs) for optimizing the detection of water-containing pyrethroid pesticides. Methods Following the preparation of Fe3O4/AMWNTs composite, a magnetic AMWNTs extraction coupled with gas chromatography was set up for determining 9 pyrethroid pesticides under the optimized conditions of ionic strength, pH, extraction time and elution solvents.Results The Fe3O4/AMWNTs composite can detect both cypermethrin and fenvalerate among linear 1-50 ng/mL, and the remaining 7 pyrethroids being across 0.5–50 ng/mL, with all the 9 pyrethroids showing their correlation coefficients greater than 0.990. Recoveries of the method were 77.6%-93.9%. Conclusions This method is efficient, economical and environmentfriendly, able to meet the actual requirements for drug analysis into cases, e.g., the one poisoning fishing-pond.
