摘要 为了在实现正弦波逆变的同时降低成本,设计了一种高性能、低成本的正弦波逆变器,该逆变器采用SG3525芯片控制低压升高压的前级DC-DC变换器,采用推挽升压结构,改变占空比的方式控制高压直流电压,并采用PIC16716 处理器实现对后级的单相逆变功能,引入了单极倍频控制以提升正弦波脉宽调制性能,实现了较好性能且低成本的正弦波逆变器。经实际使用表明,该逆变器运行性能良好,具有一定的应用前景。 In order to achieve the sinusoidal wave inversion and cost reduction at the same time, a sinusoidal wave inverter with high performance and low cost has been designed. The SG3525 chip has been used in the inverter to control the front stage DC-DC converter from low voltage to high voltage. Push-pull boost structure has been used to control the high voltage DC by changing duty ratio. PIC16716 processor has been used to realize the single-phase inversion function of the later stage. The single-pole frequency doubling control has been introduced to improve the performance of sinusoidal pulse width modulation, and a pure sinusoidal inverter with good performance and low cost has been realized. The practical application of the inverter shows that the inverter has good performance and considerable application prospects.
