摘要 以煤矿短壁开采用转载破碎机为研究对象,重点介绍了主电控箱内部电气设计和外围电气设计,并给出该电气系统的软件设计方案。该转载破碎机电气系统设计方案已应用与多个煤矿短壁开采转载破碎机中,设备运行稳定、安全,应用效果较好,达到设计要求。 Taking the transfer crusher for short-wall mining in coal mine as the research object, the internal electrical design and peripheral electrical design of the main electronic control box have been emphatically carried out, and the software design scheme of the electrical system has been given. The design scheme of the electric system of the reloading crusher has been applied to many short-wall mining transfer crushers in coal mines. The application effect is good, the equipment can run steadily and safely, and has been met the design requirements.
