摘要
为解决综采工作面采煤机供线电缆故障,提出增加用于管理供电线缆的拖缆箱电气系统设计方案。在明确系统设计要求的基础上,从硬件设计、软件设计两方面对拖缆箱进行分析和设计。该拖缆箱电气系统在某综采工作面进行了井下工业性试验。使用结果表明,该系统运行安全、稳定,降低了采煤机供电线缆故障率,保证了综采采煤机的生产效率。
In order to solve the fault of shearer power supply cable in fully mechanized mining face, the design scheme of electric system of towing cables box for managing power supply cable has been put forward. On the basis of defining the design requirements of the system, the analysis and design of the towing cabinet have been carried out from two aspects of hardware design and software design. The electrical system of the tow cable box has underground industrial test in a fully mechanized mining face. The application results show that the operation of the system is safe and stable, which can reduce the failure rate of power supply cable of shearer, and ensure the production efficiency of fully mechanized shearer.
