风阻对矿井提升系统钢丝绳张力测量的影响

摘要 通过在线监测系统监测矿井提升系统钢丝绳张力值时,偶尔会出现监测值与实际值偏差较大的情况,考虑到矿井井口风力较大,从提升机罐笼运行过程中所受迎面阻力、壁面摩擦力、紊流阻力3个方面,探讨风阻对提升系统钢丝绳张力测量值的影响。首先基于流体力学理论分析了提升系统不同运行阶段风阻的作用规律,并对风阻作用下的钢丝绳张力测量干扰量进行了仿真。其次为了验证假设理论的正确性,利用上位机对测得张力数据进行补偿。最后通过对比提升系统的理论张力、实测张力及补偿张力曲线,证实了风阻对钢丝绳张力及提升载荷的测量具有一定的干扰作用。分析结果为提升系统钢丝绳张力的精确测量提供了重要的理论依据,也为定量消除风阻产生的张力测量误差量提供了方法。 The monitoring value of wire rope tension in the existing mine hoisting system through online monitoring system occasionally deviates greatly from the actual value, considering the large wind force at the pithead of mine, the influence of wind resistance on the measured value of wire rope tension in the hoisting system has been discussed from three aspects of the frontal resistance, wall friction and turbulent resistance during the operation of the cage of the hoist. Firstly, based on the theory of fluid mechanics, the law of wind resistance in different operation stages of hoisting system has been analyzed, and the disturbance of wire rope tension measurement under wind resistance has been simulated. Secondly, in order to verify the correctness of hypothesis theory, the upper computer has been used to compensate the measured tension data. Finally, by comparing the theoretical tension, measured tension and compensating tension curves of the hoisting system, it is proved that the wind resistance has a certain interference effect on the measurement of the tension and hoisting load of the wire rope, which can provide an important theoretical basis for the accurate measurement of the tension of the wire rope in the hoisting system, and also can provide a method for quantitatively eliminating the error of the tension measurement caused by the wind resistance.
