摘要
在沥青路面施工中,传统的碾压工艺对碾压速度、遍数等关键指标不能实时监控,容易造成过压和欠压,导致沥青路面压实不均匀,进而影响路面质量。通过对智能摊铺和智能压实监控系统进行分析,智能监控系统可实现机械位置、摊铺温度、碾压遍数和碾压速度等参数的实时监控与输出,供管理人员远程掌握现场摊铺和碾压情况,有效提升沥青路面的施工质量。在上海市虹梅南路高架工程中进行透水沥青铺面示范,取得良好效果。
In the construction of asphalt pavement, the traditional rolling technology cannot real-time monitor the key indicators such as rolling speed & rolling pass. It is easy to cause overpressure & underpressure, resulting in uneven compaction of asphalt pavement, which affects the pavement quality. Through the analysis of intelligent paving and intelligent compaction monitoring system, the intelligent monitoring system can realize real-time monitoring & output of parameters such as mechanical position, paving temperature, rolling pass & rolling speed, for the management personnel to remotely grasp the onsite paving & rolling conditions, effectively improve the construction quality of asphalt pavement. Demonstration of permeable asphalt pavement in the elevated project of South Hongmei Rd. in Shanghai has achieved good results.
