Urban pipeline detection is becoming more & more important, and various new methods are gradually applied to this field. Three kinds of pipeline detection technology are introduced, the two of which (RD-8000, SR-60) have been widely popularized. The application effect of the other one (DR-4 pipeline surveying & mapping system) has also been verified. The merchants are promoting products. Through the case, the abilities of the three technologies to solve the problem are demonstrated separately, and the pipeline information contained in the three technical detection results is displayed. After comparing the advantages of the three technologies, it is concluded that RD-8000 is more suitable for shallow power, information cable & metal, copper, steel and copper pipelines;SR-60 is more suitable for non-metallic tractor detection;DR-4 has strong anti-interference ability and can be used for pipeline detection with large inner diameter & easy-crossing.
