摘要
垂直冷冻+钢套筒技术是盾构始发方案之一。以南昌市轨道交通L2八一广场—永叔路区间项目为例,针对该区间始发站的特殊周围环境,在无法采用传统加固方案进行盾构始发的条件下,巧妙地将垂直冷冻和钢套筒进行组合,规避盾构始发中涌水涌砂的风险,形成一整套垂直冷冻+钢套筒始发施工技术。
Vertical freezing + steel sleeve technology is one of the schemes of shield starting. Taking the Bayi Square-Yongshu Rd. section project of Nanchang Rail Transit L2 as an example, aiming at the special surrounding environment of the starting station in this area, the vertical freezing and steel sleeve are combined skillfully to avoid the risk of water gushing & sand gushing during the starting of shield tunneling under the condition that the traditional reinforcement scheme cannot be used for shield tunneling. A whole set of direct freezing + steel sleeve starting construction technology has been formed.
