省会都市圈区域交通一体化规划要点研究——以长株潭城际交通为例

Key Points Study on Regional Transportation Integration Planning in Provincial Capital Metropolitan Area: A Case of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Intercity Traffic

都市圈是近年来城市化发展的主要形式之一,其高质量发展离不开高效率交通系统的支撑。在分析都市圈区域交通系统与空间组织协同性研究的基础上,采用因果分析法,逐步剖析都市圈区域交通一体化的现状矛盾、未来趋势及发展目标,探索和总结都市圈区域交通一体化的规划要点。以长株潭城际交通为例,对形成的规划要点体系进行应用实践,为全国其他都市圈的交通规划及政策制定提供理论支撑。

Metropolitan area is one of the main forms of urbanization in recent years, and its highquality development cannot be separated from the support of high-efficiency transportation system. Based on the synergy analysis between regional transportation system & spatial organization in metropolitan area, this paper uses causal analysis method to gradually analyze the current contradictions, future trends & development goals of regional transportation integration in metropolitan area, to explore & summarize the planning points of regional transportation integration in metropolitan area. Taking the intercity traffic of Changsha- Zhuzhou-Xiangtan as an example, it carries out the application practice of the key planning points system, which may provide theoretical support for the traffic planning & policy formulation of other metropolitan areas in China.
