摘要 粒子加速器在粒子加速、输运和储存的过程中,会发生束流损失,形成瞬发辐射。如果有人员在加速器开机时误入隧道,瞬发辐射产生的中子和γ射线将对人体产生直接的辐射剂量,引起严重的辐射伤害事故。大型粒子加速器场地规模大、出入口多、人员分散、管理困难,因此,一套自动化程度高,稳定可靠的安全联锁系统十分重要。安全联锁钥匙作为一种机械交换装置,在其中扮演着重要的角色。本文以高能同步辐射光源为例,设计了一种安全联锁钥匙系统,并将其与PLC、门禁系统相结合,实现了一个相对独立和完整的联锁保护系统,它也可以和其他联锁技术一起使用,作为多重防御和冗余设计。本文对该系统的架构、主要设备、信号联锁与控制、使用方式等进行介绍。 For particle accelerators, beam loss may occur during the process of particle acceleration, transport and storage, which could generate prompt radiation. If an individual accidentally strays into the tunnel when the accelerator is running, the neutrons and rays from the prompt radiation would produce a direct radiation dose to the person, causing a serious radiation injury accident. Large particle accelerators cover a large area with many entrances and exits, scattered personnel, and difficulties in management, so a set of safety interlock. ing system with high degree of automation, stability and reliability is very significant. As a mechanical ex. change device, the safety interlocking keys play an important role in this system. Taking the high energy photon source (HEPS) as an example, this paper designs a security interlocking key system, and combines it with PLC and access control system, a relatively independent and complete interlocking protection system is realized. This system can also be used together with other interlocking technologies as multiple defense and redundancy design. This paper also describes the architecture, main equipment, signal interlocking and controlling, and op. erating method of this system.
