高职院校二级学院办公室管理中的问题及对策研究

Study on Problems and Countermeasures in Office Management of Secondary Schools in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着高等教育改革的深入,高职院校也逐渐开始施行校、院二级管理制度,二级学院办公室的重要性也进一步得到凸显,成为沟通内外、联系左右、承上启下的重要枢纽和桥梁。在新时期、新目标、新要求的背景下,高职院校二级学院办公室在日常工作管理中面临着诸多现实问题。围绕这些问题,本文从高职院校特点出发,提出改善高职院校二级学院办公室管理的对策。

with the deepening of the reform,higher vocational colleges have gradually begun to implement the school and college management system.The importance of secondary school office has been further highlighted,which is an important hub and bridge of communication,contact and connection.Under the background of the new era,new target and new requirements,the daily work management of the secondary school office of higher vocational colleges faces such problems as obsolete ideas,imperfect management system,poor comprehensive ability and quality,obvious job burnout,and lack of information platform,etc.Based on the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,the paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the management of the secondary school office of higher vocational colleges.
