城乡融合背景下北京能源消费与碳排放时空变化 被引量:1

摘要 能源消费和CO2排放是综合反映生态环境建设及城乡融合发展的重要指标,透过能源消费和CO2排放及其时空变化,不仅可以检视人类活动及其行为是否符合环境安全与可持续发展要求,还可以检视城乡融合发展与区域协调发展是否处在预期状态。本文在对能源消费及CO2排放数据整理和计算的基础上,先后分析了北京能源消费总量及不同品种能源消费量变化、北京能源消费所形成的CO2排放总量、主要产业与分行业以及不同城区的CO2排放情况,最后针对"燕山石化"异地迁建、实施"交通节能降耗减排战略""将房山、顺义、通州和大兴作为全市节能降耗减排重点监管区"以及"将建筑节能和社区节能作为微观节能降耗减排重要领域"等提出了相应对策与建议。 Energy consumption and CO2 emissions are important indicators that comprehensively reflect the development of ecological environment and the integration of urban and rural areas.Through energy consumption and CO2 emissions as well as their temporal and spatial changes,we can not only examine whether human activities and behaviors meet the requirements of environmental security and sustainable development,but also whether the urban-rural integration development and the regional coordinated development are in an expected state.Based on the compilation and calculation of energy consumption and CO2 emissions data,this paper analyzes the total energy consumption in Beijing and the changes of different types of energy consumption,the total CO2 emission generated by Beijing 's energy consumption,the CO2 emission of major industries and sub-industries and different urban areas.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for "Yanshan Petrochemical " relocation,"transportation energy conservation and emission reduction strategy ","Fangshan,Shunyi,Tongzhou and Daxing as the key supervision areas of energy conservation and emission reduction in the whole city "and "building energy conservation and community energy conservation as the important areas of micro energy conservation and emission reduction".
