摘要
近年来,随着我国《土壤污染防治法》的颁布和场地污染详查工作的开展,以及化工园区爆炸搬迁等公众事件的发生,工业污染场地修复市场需求逐渐被激发。本文综述了我国污染场地修复在规模数量与运营模式创新等方面取得的进展情况,提出了场地修复与"地产开发""生态复绿、景观再造""环保设施建设""城市综合功能"等相结合的"场地修复+"利用模式,对我国在土壤污染治理中充分发挥政府和企业双方作用提出了建议。
Recently,with the promulgation of Soil Pollution Prevention and Control Law and the implementation of "Site Pollution Survey",and the occurrence of public events such as the explosion and relocation of chemical parks,the demand for industrial pollution site restoration has gradually been stimulated.This paper reviews the progress in pollution site restoration in terms of size and business model innovation.A "site restoration plus" model was proposed combining "real estate development","ecological green restoration & landscape reconstruction","environmental infrastructure","urban comprehensive functions" and site restoratio.Some suggestions are put forward to play the roles of government and enterprises in soil pollution control in China.
