消化内镜技术对消化道肿瘤早期诊断治疗的价值研究

The Value of Digestive Endoscopy in the Early Diagnosis and Treatment of Digestive Tract Tumors

目的研究消化内镜技术对消化道肿瘤早期诊断治疗的价值研究,为临床消化道肿瘤早期诊断及治疗提供可参考的依据。方法方便选取2017年1月—2018年2月期间该院收治的108例消化道肿瘤患者,并按照每位患者入院号的奇偶性,分为对照组与研究组。对照组患者使用传统的内镜技术进行诊断与治疗,研究组使用消化内镜技术进行诊断与治疗。然后对比两组患者的诊断效果及手术指标。结果对照组患者术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间分别为(116.83±18.2)mL、(81.52±16.6)min、(7.6±2.4)d,研究组患者术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间分别为(81.92±17.6)mL、(70.46±15.3)min、(4.3±1.5)d。研究组各项手术指标均优于对照组(t=11.012、4.263、9.154,P<0.05)。研究组毛细血管影像、形态影像、胃小凹影像影像质量评分均优于对照组(t=5.325、5.623、7.456,P<0.05)。研究组患者的临床有效率明显优于对照组(χ^2=6.124,P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症的发生率为3.70%,对照组患者并发症的发生率为18.52%,研究组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(χ^2=3.623,P<0.05)。结论消化内镜技术对消化道肿瘤早期诊断治疗有很高的临床应用价值,相对于传统内镜,诊断率高,能清晰的观察到影像,提高手术治愈率,减少患者痛苦,而且并发症较少,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To study the value of digestive endoscopy in the early diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract tumors,and to provide reference for the early diagnosis and treatment of clinical digestive tract tumors.Methods A total of 108 patients with digestive tract cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were convenient enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the parity of each patient's admission number.The patients in the control group were diagnosed and treated using traditional endoscopic techniques.The study group used digestive endoscopy for diagnosis and treatment.Then compare the diagnostic results and surgical indicators of the two groups of patients.Results The intraoperative blood loss,operation time and hospitalization time of the control group were(116.83±18.2)mL,(81.52±16.6)min,and(7.6±2.4)d,respectively.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were(81.92±17.6)mL,(70.46±15.3)min,(4.3±1.5)d.All the surgical indexes of the study group were better than the control group(t=11.012,4.263,9.154,P<0.05).Capillary images,morphological images,and gastric smear images were better than the control group(t=5.325,5.623,7.456,P<0.05).The clinical effectiveness of the study group was significantly better than the control group(χ^2=6.124,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 3.70%,and the incidence of complications in the control group was 18.52%.The complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(χ^2=3.623,P<0.05).Conclusion Digestive endoscopy has high clinical value in the early diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract tumors.Compared with traditional endoscopy,the diagnostic rate is high,the images can be clearly observed,the surgical cure rate is improved,the patient's pain is reduced,and the complications are fewer,it is worthy of clinical application.
