术中冰冻在甲状腺微小乳头状癌病理诊断中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究术中冰冻用于甲状腺微小乳头状癌病理诊断中的价值。方法方便选择该院2017年2月—2018年10月收治的108例甲状腺微小乳头状癌患者进行研究,对全部患者术中冰冻切片、术后石蜡切片结果进行回顾性分析。结果108例甲状腺微小乳头状癌经术中冰冻切片病理确诊得到确诊的有100例,确诊率为92.59%,另外有2例误诊,3例漏诊,3例延迟诊断。结论术中冰冻可以实现甲状腺微小乳头状癌的一类有效的快速诊断方法,临床应该做到对形态学特征足够熟悉,以保证诊断准确性,减少漏诊或者误诊。 Objective To study the value of intraoperative cryoablation in the pathological diagnosis of thyroid micropapillary carcinoma.Methods A total of 108 patients with thyroid micropapillary carcinoma from February 2017 to October 2018 in our hospital were convenient enrolled.The results of intraoperative frozen section and postoperative paraffin section were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the 108 cases of thyroid micropapillary carcinoma,100 cases were confirmed by pathological diagnosis of frozen sections.The diagnosis rate was 92.59%.In addition,2 cases were misdiagnosed,3 cases were missed,and 3 cases were delayed.Conclusion Intraoperative freezing can achieve a kind of effective rapid diagnosis method for thyroid micropapillary carcinoma.Clinically,it should be familiar enough with morphological features to ensure the diagnosis accuracy and reduce missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis.
