黄斑厚度光学相干断层扫描在糖尿病视网膜病变诊断中的应用价值

The Value of Macular Thickness Optical Coherence Tomography in the Diagnosis of Diabetic Retinopathy

摘要 目的分析研讨黄斑厚度光学相干断层扫描(OCT)在糖尿病视网膜病变诊断中的应用价值。方法从该院2017年6月—2018年6月期间收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者中随机抽取76例进行讨论(研究组),另选取在该院接受体检健康者76名纳入到对照组,两组研讨对象均接受黄斑厚度OCT检查,比较分析检查结果。结果研究组弥漫性黄斑水肿发生率22.37%、囊样黄斑水肿率25.00%、浆液性神经上皮层脱离率10.53%高于对照组1.32%、2.63%、0.00%,数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=16.1327、15.9680、8.4444,P=0.0001、0.0001、0.0037)。研究组视网膜渗出率32.89%、视网膜前膜形成率21.05%高于对照组1.32%、2.63%,数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=26.7253、12.3516,P=0.0000、0.0004)。结论糖尿病视网膜病变的一个主要特征则为黄斑病,加强测量黄斑厚度OCT,对判定糖尿病视网膜病变有较大意义。 Objective To investigate the value of macular thickness optical coherence tomography(OCT)in the diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy.Methods Seventy-six patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly selected for discussion(study group),and 76 patients who received physical examination in our hospital were included in the control group.All subjects in the study received an OCT examination of the macular thickness and compared the results of the examination.Results The incidence of diffuse macular edema in the study group was 22.37%,the cystic macular edema rate was 25.00%,the serous neuroepithelial detachment rate was 10.53%higher than the control group 1.32%,2.63%,0.00%,and the data was statistically significant different(χ^2=16.132 7,15.968 0,8.444 4,P=0.000 1,0.000 1,0.003 7).The study group had a retinal exudation rate of 32.89%and a retinal anterior membrane formation rate of 21.05%higher than the control group of 1.32%and 2.63%.The data were statistically significant different(χ^2=26.725 3,12.351 6,P=0.000 0,0.000 4).Conclusion One of the main features of diabetic retinopathy is macular disease.Strengthening the measurement of macular thickness OCT is of great significance in the determination of diabetic retinopathy.
