百多邦创面消毒喷雾剂在脑卒中失禁性皮炎中的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Baiduobang Wound Disinfection Spray in Stroke Incontinence Dermatitis

目的通过对两组脑卒中失禁性皮炎患者分别实施液体敷料和百多邦创面消毒喷雾剂,观察两组治疗效果,探究两种方法的临床应用特点。方法从来该院诊治的2016年10月—2018年10月的脑卒中失禁性皮炎患者中随机抽取80例,根据随机数字法随机分为对照组40例:实施常规护理+液体敷料;观察组40例实施常规护理+百多邦创面消毒喷雾剂。比较两组临床疗效和创面愈合时间。结果观察组治愈率(87.5%)高于对照组(72.5%)(χ^2=14.235,P<0.05);观察组患者创面愈合时间≤1周有37例,占92.5%,≥1周有3例,占7.5%;对照组创面愈合时间≤1周有26例,占65.0%,≥1周有14例,占35.0%。观察组在1周内恢复人数多于对照组(χ^2=15.392,P<0.05),超过1周恢复人数少于对照组(χ^2=16.764,P<0.05)。结论百多邦创面消毒喷雾剂可有效提高脑卒中失禁性皮炎患者的愈合率,减少创面愈合时间,喷涂药液均匀,使用方便,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of the two groups by applying liquid dressing and Baiduobang wound disinfectant spray to the two groups of patients with incontinence dermatitis,and to explore the clinical application characteristics of the two methods.Methods Eighty patients with stroke incontinence dermatitis from October 2016 to October 2018 in our hospital were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group according to random number method:40 cases:routine nursing+liquid dressing;observation group 40 cases of routine care+Baiduobang wound disinfection spray.The clinical efficacy and wound healing time of the two groups were compared.Results The cure rate of the observation group(87.5%)was higher than that of the control group(72.5%)(χ^2=14.235,P<0.05).There were 37 cases of wound healing time≤1 week in the observation group,accounting for 92.5%,and≥1 week in 3 cases,accounting for 7.5%;26 cases of wound healing time≤1 week in the control group,accounting for 65.0%,14 cases≥1 week,accounting for 35.0%.The number of recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(χ^2=15.392,P<0.05),and the number of recovery in the week was less than that in the control group(χ^2=16.764,P<0.05).Conclusion Baiduobang wound disinfection spray can effectively improve the healing rate of patients with incontinence dermatitis,reduce the healing time of wounds,spray the liquid evenly,and is easy to use.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
