中药保留灌肠结合体位护理治疗直肠炎的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine Retention Enema Combined with Body Position Treatment for Proctitis

目的探讨中药保留灌肠结合体位护理治疗直肠炎的临床效果。方法方便择取2017年1月—2018年9月该院68例行中药保留灌肠治疗的直肠炎患者,依据体位不同分为实验组(改良灌肠体位,34例)和对照组(传统灌肠体位,34例),对比观察两组护理干预前后中医症候评分改善情况,评价护理干预效果。结果实验组干预总有效率(97.06%)高于对照组(82.35%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.714,P<0.05);实验组干预后中医症候腹泻(1.3±0.6)分,腹痛(1.0±0.3)分,黏脓血便(0.8±0.4)分,均优于对照组(t=3.617,3.375,3.268;P<0.05)。结论中药保留灌肠治疗直肠炎效果确切,结合改良体位护理能更好的提高干预效果,加速患者中医症候改善,提高治疗效果,应用安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with body position treatment for proctitis.Methods From January 2017 to September 2018,68 patients with proctitis treated with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema were conveniently selected in the hospital.They were divided into experimental group(improved enema position,34 cases)and control group(traditional enema position,34 cases),compare the observation of the improvement of TCM symptom scores before and after the two groups of nursing interventions,and evaluate the effect of nursing intervention.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(97.06%)was higher than that of the control group(82.35%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.714,P<0.05).After the intervention of the experimental group,the symptoms of Chinese medicine diarrhea(1.3±0.6)points,abdominal pain(1.0±0.3)points,pus and bloody stools(0.8±0.4)points,were better than the control group(t=3.617,3.375,3.268;P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine retention enema is effective in the treatment of proctitis.Combined with improved positional care,it can improve the intervention effect,accelerate the improvement of TCM symptom and improve the therapeutic effect.The application is safe and effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
