冠心病心律失常的动态心电图与常规心电图应用对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Dynamic Electrocardiogram and Conventional Electrocardiogram in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Arrhythmia

目的对比冠心病心律失常的动态心电图与常规心电图应用。方法在2015年1月—2017年12月期间方便选取100例疑似冠心病心律失常患者为此次实验对象,且均进行常规心电图、动态心电图检测,随后对比两种诊断方式的诊断正确率以及误诊率、特异性、敏感性、漏诊率。结果100例疑似冠心病心律失常患者确诊的有83例,动态阳性检出率95.18%高于常规检出率73.49%(χ^2=14.776,P<0.05)。83例确诊为冠心病心律失常,其中动态心电图对室性早搏二/三联、室性早搏成对、房性早搏二/三联、房性早搏成对、短阵室上速检出率明显高于常规心电图(χ^2=6.377,5.916,4.229,7.858,6.368,P<0.05)。动态心电图的误诊率5.88%和漏诊率4.82%低于常规心电图,特异性94.12%和敏感性95.18%高于常规心电图结果(χ^2=4.497,14.776,4.497,14.776,P<0.05)。结论对冠心病心律失常患者实施动态心电图检测,能够对病情起到检测、评估作用,可降低误诊率和漏诊率。

Objective To compare the dynamic electrocardiogram and conventional ECG application of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease.Methods 100 patients with suspected coronary heart disease arrhythmia were convenient selected from January 2015 to December 2017.All patients underwent routine electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram.The diagnostic accuracy and misdiagnosis rate,specificity,sensitivity,missed diagnosis rate of the two diagnostic methods were compared.Results Of the 100 patients with suspected coronary heart disease and arrhythmia,83 were diagnosed.The positive rate of positive detection was 95.18%,which was higher than the routine detection rate of 73.49%(χ^2=14.776,P<0.05).83 cases were diagnosed as coronary heart disease arrhythmia,in which dynamic electrocardiogram was significantly higher than ventricular premature beats second/triple,ventricular premature beats,atrial premature beats two/triple,atrial premature beats,and short chambers,higher than the conventional electrocardiogram(χ^2=6.377,5.916,4.229,7.858,6.368,P<0.05).The rate of misdiagnosis of dynamic electrocardiogram was 5.88%and the rate of missed diagnosis was 4.82%lower than that of conventional electrocardiogram.The specificity of 94.12%and sensitivity was 95.18%higher than that of conventional electrocardiogram(χ^2=4.497,14.776,4.497,14.776,P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic electrocardiogram detection in patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia can detect and evaluate the condition and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
