This paper expounds the important role of the rodent-proof baffle in substation,points out the problems existing in the common use of the rodent-proof baffle in substation,designs a new type of multi-functional rodent-proof baffle in substation.It can realize the dumping of the rodent-proof baffle in two directions after being subjected to force,at the same time gives a sound alarm,prompts the field personnel to reset the rodent-proof baffle.
