动态脑电图评估进展期脑卒中的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of diagnostic evaluation by dynamic electroencephalogram in patients with advanced stroke

目的 分析动态脑电图评价进展期脑卒中患者病情的效果。方法 随机选取聊城市第四人民医院收治的122例脑卒中患者,其中进展期62例为进展组,非进展期60例为非进展组。对所有患者实施动态脑电图以及常规CT检查,对比分析检查结果。结果 进展组采用动态脑电图检查的异常率83.87%,非进展组为68.33%,进展期异常检出率更高(P<0.05)。进展组采用常规CT检查异常率67.74%,非进展组为68.33%,二者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。动态脑电图检出进展期脑卒中患者的异常率明显高于常规CT(P<0.05)。动态脑电图对进展期脑卒中诊断的敏感度、准确性、差异性等高于常规CT(P<0.05)。结论 动态脑电图能够更加有效地诊断进展期脑卒中患者。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of using dynamic electroencephalography (EEG) to evaluate the condition of patients with advanced stroke. Methods A total of 122 stroke patients admitted to our hospital were randomly collected and all were confirmed.62 cases of progress were set up as progress group.60 cases of non progression were set up as non progressing group.Dynamic electrocardiograms and routine CT examinations were performed on all patients and the results were compared and analyzed. Results Both methods achieved certain diagnostic results,but dynamic electrocardiogram can effectively detect abnormal conditions in patients with advanced and non progressive groups,and the effect was significantly better than conventional CT.All of the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of patients with advanced stroke,the use of dynamic electrocardiogram can be more effective in diagnosing its abnormal situation,it is worth promoting.
