外环境因素与白血病相关性研究进展

Advances in Research on the Relationship between External Environmental Factors and Leukemia

白血病是目前严重威胁人类生命健康和社会发展的恶性疾病之一,随着白血病发病率、诊断率以及死亡率逐年增加,不少学者对白血病的病因进行了广泛而深入的探讨,同时诸多研究表明白血病的发生与外界环境、自身遗传、生活习惯等因素有关。其中,环境污染是导致白血病发生较为密切的因素。本文将对外界环境污染因素与人类白血病关系进行综述。

Leukemia is one of the malignant diseases that threaten human health and social development.As the incidence,diagnosis rate and mortality of leukemia increase year by year,many scholars have conducted extensive and in-depth discussion on the etiology of leukemia.Studies have shown that the occurrence of leukemia is related to the external environment,self-genetic,living habits and other factors.Among them,environmental pollution is a relatively close factor leading to leukemia.This article will review the relationship between environmental pollution factors and human leukemia.
