锁定钢板内固定在桡骨远端骨折中的应用效果及对骨代谢状态的影响研究

Application Effect of Locking Plate Internal Fixation in Patients with Distal Radius Fracture and Influence for the Bone Metabolism State

目的:观察锁定钢板内固定在桡骨远端骨折中的应用效果及对骨代谢状态的影响。方法:选取2013年1月-2018年2月本院收治的60例桡骨远端骨折患者。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(保守治疗)和观察组(锁定钢板内固定治疗),各30例。比较两组治疗后的腕关节功能恢复情况、治疗前后的影像学参数及骨代谢指标。结果:治疗后3、6个月,观察组腕关节功能优良率均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组影像学参数及骨代谢指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:锁定钢板内固定在桡骨远端骨折中的应用效果较好,且对骨代谢状态的改善作用更为明显,因此在桡骨远端骨折患者中的应用价值相对更高。

Objective:To observe the application effect of locking plate internal fixation in the patients with distal radius fracture and influence for the bone metabolism state.Method:A total of 60 patients with distal radius fracture from January 2013 to February 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(conservative treatment)and observation group(locking plate internal fixation treatment),30 cases in each group.The recovery of wrist joint function,imaging parameters and bone metabolism indexes before and after treatment between two groups were compared.Result:3 and 6 months after treatment,the excellent and good rate of wrist function in observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the imaging parameters and bone metabolism indexes of observation group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Locking plate internal fixation in treatment of distal radius fracture has a better effect,and the improvement of bone metabolism is more obvious,therefore,the application value of locking plate internal fixation in patients with distal radius fracture is relatively higher.
