护理干预对改善痤疮患者心理状况、生活质量的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Improving the Psychological Status and Quality of Life of Acne Patients

目的:分析护理干预对改善痤疮患者心理状况的影响。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年10月本所门诊收治的痤疮患者86例,随机分为对照组与研究组,各43例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行健康教育、心理护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后症状自评量表-90(SCL-90)各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理后生活质量量表(SF-36)各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理总满意度为95.35%明显高于对照组的76.74%(字2=6.198,P<0.05)。结论:对痤疮患者加强健康教育与心理护理干预有利于改善其心理状况,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on improving psychological status and quality of life of acne patients.Method:86 cases of acne patients from January 2015 to October 2017 were selected in our outpatient department and randomly divided into control group and observation group,43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given health education,psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,the nursing effect between two groups were compared.Result:The symptoms self-rating scale-90(SCL-90)each scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the quality of life scale(SF-36)each scores of the observation group after nursing were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.35%,it was significantly higher than 76.74% of the control group( x^2=6.198,P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening education and psychological nursing intervention for patients with acne can improve their psychological status.It is worth of promoting.
